How to Work with Rose Quartz

Everyone should own a piece of rose quartz because it's loving energy in a crystal.

You can hold rose quartz in your receptive (non-dominant) hand in moments of insecurity, self-doubt, feeling awful or down about yourself for 10-15 minutes, and let it's loving vibes flow in so that you can start to feel better about yourself.
Hold it in meditation to help manage feelings of anxiety, anger or self-loathing issues, and to help you connect with feeling more loving and compassionate energy inside.
You can also work with rose quartz in your sleep. Place a piece under your pillow to have sweet dreams at night, to dream of love, future love, loved ones. Added bonus: it can help to ease tension and stress energy in your shoulder and neck area.
Crystal feng shui tip: place rose quartz on your bedside table, or two pieces together in your love corner, to invite love and loving vibes into your space.
I always highly recommended large pieces of rose quartz for babies rooms (out of baby's reach, of course!), as they will fill the room with sweet, gentle crystal energy that will feel soothing and calming to your child.
You can also place pieces of rose quartz in your water to lift your mood and feel mellow all day. Just be sure to do this safely!
