This experience is structured to provide a full energy cycle completion: clearing, healing, and embodiment.

Phase I: Releasing and Clearing (Sound Healing Session and Burning Ritual)
We will review our first list (what we are releasing), tear it up, and place it in the cauldron to burn. Brittney will then lead us through a deep, clearing, crystal bowl and sound healing ritual to help us release and clear the energetic patterns from our system. We emerge from the first phase renewed.

Phase II: Patterning and Embodiment (Guided Crystal Manifestation Ritual)
In a crystal healing ceremony guided by Krista, we will now focus our second list: Working with crystal energy, we will imprint the vision and power of our intentions deep in our subconscious and cellular memory. With the imprint taking hold, we begin the process of manifestation.

Phase III: Patterning and Expansion (Crystal and Sound Journey)
